flash actionscript: Hi I am wondering if it's bad form to combine symbols on the stage into a
movie. I am duping another movie, giving it a name in the library, dragging to
stage, naming the instance, and editing in place because I want to swap out a
couple of graphics, but it will only allow me to go so far. It seems when if I
break it apart that everything gets sloppy as well.

any suggestions? is there a way to edit the movie clips inside the movie
clips?

sure, you can edit movieclips that are nested within movieclips. each
movieclip should have a library symbol and by right clicking on that symbol and
clicking edit, you will be taken to that clip's timeline where you can edit all
you want,
