flash actionscript: Can you pause a sound object and resart it where it left off?

You can using the POSITION property of the SOUND OBJECT, you can pause an
attached sound or a loaded event. I am still looking into how to do this right
now..:) If you find out the exact way first let me know. With this you can
pause and have it remember where to play when you go back in. Tells me this on
