flash actionscript : XML <img> tag works, but not on some machines

I have a Flash site running with tons of XML content. The XML contains several
<img> tags that works on virtually every computer I have looked at with the
exception of two Sony Viao laptops (in Internet Explorer). On those machines,
the xml text loads but the images are ignored as well as there attributes. The
word wrapping is also ignored so it looks as if I never even put the image tag
in the xml. None of the images are Progressive. Just baseline standard out of
Photoshop..

Anybody have any thoughts on how to fix this? Is this a Sony Vaio thing?

Thanks!

Okay, tried that and it didn't work. Can anyone else think of a reason for
this? The images load fine on virtually all machines but a select few (PC's).
It can't be a code issue since it works in most places. It must be some other
trick.

Thanks for any thoughts on this!
