Action Window does not display

flash actionscript:

I am new to Flash and I have not been able to get my Action Window to display.
I want to stop a movie so it doesn't loop and the the Action Window will not
display. Has anyone ever had this issue? What do you suggest?

Hi
If you want see Action window go to Window menu in top of your workspace,
next go to Development Panels & Select Actions or by pressing F9 key. Now
you can select frame that you want stop your Movie clip & write in Actions
panel this code:
stop();
