flash actionscript: How do you set up keyframes and/or just plain old frames in pure actionscript?

you can't assign keyframes with actionscript, you can't assign frame labels
with actionscript and you can't create or delete frames with actionscript. on
the other hand, i can't think of any reason why you'd want to do any of those
things. what are you trying to accomplish?
