The Fiat website has very cool rollovers (on the left side
of the page)

looks like 3 movieclips (2 gray and one red). the red movieclip starts moving
with rollOvers and has its _height property defined by the difference between
the _height of the upper left corner of the flash movie and the sum of the 2
gray movieclip's _height properties and the two gray movieclips are stationary
with registration points at the top for the top gray movieclip and bottom for
the bottom movieclip and whose _height or _yscale properties are functions of
which button is undergoing the rollover event. all movements/scalings are
ease-in's with rebound.

I just built something very similar for "Wicked Weasel" all I did was make it a
button! By this I mean I just edited my button in place and on the UP, OVER AND
DOWN I just placed the images where I wanted them, just like this site and when
the mouse rollos over the "hot spot" it works exactly like this page. Ther is
no special coding and really you should be able to do it in muniutes! Give it a
try..:) Buttons can be fun sometimes..:) My subject was more fun though..:)
