flash actionscript:
Hi There,

Although I am not new to Flash, I am new to the Actionscript routines. My
question is as follows:

I am in the process of making a computer adventure game, which combines a
series of 3d renders with animated sequences. Flash MX 2004, with all its
power, can make producing this a real breeze. However, there is one area which
surely would require some programming, and I don't even know if it's possible.

If the game takes about 30 hours to complete, approximately; is there a way
for Flash to be coded in such a way as to capture a players location, including
his/her current frame, and all movie levels, and save it to a text file
locally? The idea being that the user be able to save their location, then
start the application again later, and load from that saved location. Like I
said, I don't know a lot about actionscript, so I am only checking to see if
this is possible.

Thanks for the help.
