flash actionscript: I'm trying to understand setting Cue points for a flv.

I have a question when encoding a flv with cue points ( progressive download)
I basically have a 3min flv with 4 event cue points, I gave it a name, time,
and "event" type. When each cue point is reached it will trigger (gotoAndPlay a
frame label) some animation/ slides in the swf.
In the Import Video Window - When adding cue points there is a panel to the
right - do I need to set Parameters (name and value) for each cue point? If so
what exactly does this do? and does each cue point need a different name?

* I also need to add a listener object right?, does this need a remove
listener object too?
* I wouldn't need to add a FLV(stream) object as well, would I?

I've looked at the Flash help section, I'm a designer, so this is still a
little confusing. Is there any good tutorials or sample files I can look at, or
can anybody help me out, point me in the right direction?
