Hello.

I have a flash application that I wrote for use on my home and work computers.
I take the applicaiton back and forth on a USB key. I want certain data,
which will be updated a few times a day, to be stored and shown in textboxes
each time I open the application. I am trying to accomplish this using Shared
Objects. My question is can you directed a shared object to store on an
external storage device, like a USB key? Or is there a better way for me to
accomplish this task?

I have the same problem.... I'm trying to develop a game, and i have a BIG
problem with highscores.... I'm using sharedObject for storing highscores, and
i want the sharedObject file to be stored in the same folder as .EXE file, not
in C:\Document And Setting\Aplication data..........

Is that possible ?

This is possible. We can specify a path to store the shared object.

Till now I have figure out only this is possible . As soon i do it will tell
you all.
