Hi James,

I know there is an issue with FLASH MX opening FLASH MX 2004 Files but I have
never heard of FLASH MX 2004 having a problem opening FLASH MX files before.

Solution to Flash MX opening Flash MX 2004 files is to use FILE SAVE AS Iin
flash MX Pro 2004 and choose the "save as type" drop down and choose MX. The
saved file will now open in FL MX and FL MX 2004

If its MX to MX 2004 that is the problem, re open the file in MX and check the
"save as type" is correct and save to a new file name and try opening that in
MX 2004.

Only suggestions I can think of.

I just got a copy of mx 2004 and i've been working on a big project in mx
now i need to open it in mx 2004 but i cant work out how. Surely u can?
