I was making an mp3 player for a site, everything works

untill i played the sound, it's like the song is been played at 45 rpm instead
of 33 , if you see what i mean.

I think i know why, but i'm not sure.

I reduce the quality from the MP3 file into 80 - 22100 mhz. Cause when that
same song is 128 - 44100 then the player plays it right.

Somebody who can help me ?

:) did the same thing myself..
flash only plays certain Khz to play correctly
