flash actionscript : Recording voice from website

The idea:is it possible the visitors of my site to leave me an audio message
using flash and if yes - how? if not - why not?
my host provider company allows only php and mysql, no coldfusion,no asp, no
jsp.

To the best of my knowledge, the only way to do this is using the Flash
Communications Server. Have a look at Jim Duber's site:
