Look into the createTextField method of the MovieClip object, you would basically create a textfield or whichever controls you need for the form.

Maybe I didn't explain my question clearly enough. In Flash MX Professional
2004 you can now create a new *.fla as a "Flash Form Application." This let's
you create "forms" or "screens" as you would in other programming environments
like VB.

What I'd like to know is if I can create one of these "screens" or "forms"
with actionscript dynamically based on a recordset.
