flash actionscript : Stop looping

I created a FLASH web page header. Rather simple. but I want it to play once and stop. HELP!

tried that did not work in test movie mode it just continues to loop. Is it
suppose to do that in test mode or stop after playing once? Do I need to
publish it and play in within an html document in order for it to act properly?
