I want to be able to drag a symbol, much larger in width and height than the
stage, around on the stage. I'm using startDrag and that works fine. My problem
is that whenever a user does a mouse down, the image jumps so that it's center
is on the cursor. I would like the cursor to just be able to move the image
around without the symbol's center constantly jumping to the cursor. Example of
what I'd like to do: http://www.philtre.com/ click and drag on the background.
