flash actionscript: Still learning the way around the Flash Video and streaming buffers so...

Problem:

I am looking to create a graphic preloader based on the percent of the video
buffered.
I'm using Flash MX 2004 Pro with the Flash Content Server and looking to set
up a stream.

A great example of what I'm looking for is at the "Internet Exclusive Trailer"
for War of the Worlds.
There's a nice little % buffer before the video.

I don't know how to explain it any better really.
I need any links to tutorials, forums ect.
I've been looking for a while and have just come to my end with searching.

Any help would be much appriciated.

Don't know anything about the Flash Content Server, but I believe it uses the
NetStream class. There are a bunch of great tutorials at gotoAndLearn.com. They
are for using the NetStream class with the regular player and a progressive
download, but it could give you good pointers.
