Thanks for reading me post...

I have my main movie which has a placeHolder for an external swf... In the
external swf there is an mpeg movie which I've imported.

I've made a preloader for the external swf but it doesn't seem to load the mpg
too - just the external swf!

I'd be much appreciative for any help or light anyone can shed on the subject.

use flv file instead of other format
and u can fully control the movie
use progressive download for that
