flash actionscript: I am looking for a sample .FLA that has at least 2 radio buttons, and 2 input
text boxes with a script that sends the vars (on a submit button press) to a
form.php page which recieves the vars and emails them to someone's (my) email
address.

I have been trying to get mine to work for weeks now and I a as far as getting
the email with the input text info, but no radio button info comes through. I
am really in a jam here.

I just need to be able to see the .fls file and the php code to compare with
what I have.
