Can you help me with this:

I need to open a specific window browser (500x300 pixels) from an executable
file; and need to open it OVER the current executable.

I´ve tried with "get URL" but I cannot give the size....and it opens behind
the executable, so if I don´t minimize the current executable I never see the
internet page....
