flash actionscript: i have two swfs that i am importing into levels on a maintime. i can get the
tabindex to work for each individual swf when not loaded into the maintime
line. once it is in the timeline it does not work.
I have top.swf loading into level2 that has tabindex 1-10. i then have
intro.swf loading into level1 with tabindex 101-103. i need the top.swf to tab
first and then the intro.swf. can someone please tell me how to do that.

I did a similar thing once that worked fine, but I didn't use different levels, so I guess that may be the problem. Can you load your movies into MCs? Maybe this may fix it.

I have no experience with tabbing in different levels, but maybe it's the level
order of the MCs that screws it up? Are they working the wrong way (first
intro.swf, then top.swf)? If so, maybe you should change the levels they are
loaded into (levelwise, intro.swf comes before top.swf).
