I created a flash navigation panel for my website. For one of the buttons I
want the button to open a new window instead of having it in the same window.
I know that it is usually done by Javascript on websites but I am not sure how
to do it with actionscript or if its even possible. How do I go about doing
that? I would also like to give parameters like no-location bar, set a height
and width.
