flash actionscript: hi:

anybody used to deliver the file sources to the client?

the question arises because i developed an app some time ago for a
client. for some reasons they won't continue supplying maintenaince to
the final client who is asking for the files sources to get support from
another company

around 20 movies, 2 languages, connection to a DB (register/login to
restricted area, store some data users send), contact form, most of the
media is external loaded dinamically, ...

just wondering how much to charge, a percent over the budget?

Hard to say, my first choice were to go for the support/maintainance contract
myself :-)

Otherwise it would depend on a lot of factors, first I would make sure that
you are allowed by the terms of relation ou hat to the middle-man for whom you
originally did the job.

If that's ok I'd try to get as much as it is worth them, really no other
better advise in my mind.

But I'd try to get the contract.
