flash actionscript: Hi,
I am trying to use something like this
http://www.actionscript.org/showMovie.php?id=1284 but it is in flash 6 and
when I try to use it in flash 8 it doesn't work at all, you can download the
..fla from the link above any suggestions would be much appricated :)

What I did was save the fla, open it, then ctrl+shift+f12, and changed to
flash 8 action script 2.0 and then ctrl+enter to preview what I saw was
1,2,3,4,5 etc scrolling thu at 25fps I wasn't rotating round just playing thu
the movie.

if you converted swf is not functioning as expected, check for variables that
are incremented (or decremented) but never initialized and check for
variable/object typos that were not a problem in flash 6 (myVar was the same as
myvar) but in flash 8 would be considered two different variables/objects.

I went thu it and checked for tyops etc but couldn't see anything, but wasnt
sure about the variables that don't initialize
Did it work on your system? or is it just my computer?
