flash actionscript: Hi,

I am making a site for a clothes catalogue, and wanted users to be able to
scroll through a reel of clothes, click on the one they want to view more
information on and then the information comes up. I am struggling to make a
decent scrolling "marquee". This is the sort of thing that I am trying to do:

This is quite complicated, ive looked at the code and can't understand any of
it. Im really after a simple menu where you click on a left or right arrow, and
then when you click on an item the picture enlarges, or moves to the centre of
the menu. This might not be very simple, but some help would be greatly
appreciated, and if there are any tutorials on the web could you please post me
in the right direction,

Is there any actionscript have you ever browse in the Internet? For
sure as part of your resources for the macromedia flash.
