Hello all,

I have had recent success developing a horizontal scrolling menu that eases
into place based on the user's mouse position. I have recently received a
request to do something similar, but instead of easing the X position of the
clip, I would need to ease the playback of the clip's frames. So if you mouse
right the clip eases to a proportionate frame forward and if you mouse left,
the clip would ease to a proportionate frame in reverse. I am having trouble
conceptualizing how the frames would ease. It makes sense for a clip's
position to ease because you can calculate the distance to move and ease with
decimals of the X position. But I don't understand how this could be
translated to frames.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
