flash actionscript : server side video to FLV convertor

Hi,

is there any solution to upload video files(AVI, MPEG, ETC...) to the server
and they'll be converted to FLV files automatically?! Is this possible anyway
without using FCS tools?!

Thanks for your reply Alex. Well, What do you think is the best solution? Could you explain what are the diffrences between these 3 options you just mentioned?!
