flash actionscript: Hello. I'm new to the forum.

I was wondering if anyone knows a good script to resize the usable area of a
movie clip which acts as a type of pop up window. The windows are along the
bottom of the window as features, then animate up when selected, and back to
position when clicked again.

I want the script to listen to the position of the MC, and when it reaches its
destination for viewing, expand the MC to fill the area below. After it
expands, the news, or featured information would be loaded in.

Ok so I got it to resize the box for me, now I wonder if it is possible to
apply a delay in seconds or ms before the resize functions start. That way the
box can settle into new location, then resize to fill area (opposite delay when
box is closed, resize down, then move back to original position.)
