flash actionscript : Making Movies play with Roll Over

Does anyone know how to make a movie roll over button, that will start and stop
were you left off. here are some examples:

http://www.diddy.com/diddy.php

The buttons are at the bottom.

This will make it play and stop at the same point of roll out or will this make it start over from the begining?

it will basically pause the movie on rollOut and resume on rollOver.
