flash actionscript : Set maximum number of line in text area

Hi !
I need to limit my text area to 3 lines. How do I do this ?

I was thinking about character limitation but if the user press "enter" 3
times, I'm screwed since it is only 3 characters but it bust my 3 lines limit.
