Currently I've got a flash site (www.elkhornpeakcellars.com) with a form in the
"wine club" section that isn't properly using the formmail.pl script in my
cgi-bin. The form submits without a problem but no email is being received by
the client. Trouble shooting the formmails script is beyond my current
abilities and the deadline is approaching. Here's what I need:

"Wine Club" form submits all information and radio button data to client
Formmail.pl script does not display generic "Thank You" page when form has
been submitted.
