I have VS2005 beta 2 (final release is not out there yet to buy).
And I just downloaded the final release of the .NET 2.0 SDK & Runtime.

I was thinking to install them, but when I click on the MSI it tolds me that
I must uninstall the .NET 2.0 beta 2 runtime & sdk (and a few other things
as well).

will this break my VS.NET 2005 beta 2 install, or not?

Yes, it will. You can't mix and match between beta 2 and RTM.

Yes, it will break your beta install. If you want to continue developing
until you can get a release product, do not install the RTM SDK.
