And I am facing strange problem. First 1000 rows parsed in 1 sec after 20000
rows speed down to 100 rows per sec, after 70000 rows speed down to 20 rows

When creating setup project in vs.net, is there anyway to make the option
"Install for Everyone" the default choice, rather than "Install for only me" ?
If vs.net does not support doing this, what other tools should I use to
achieve the same ?
