i want to ask if i could work with VS 2003 under .Net framework2?
i already installed .Net framework2 but when i tried to remove .Net
framework 1.1 it didnt work

Visual Studio.Net 2003 only works with .Net Framework 1.1. You need Visual
Studio 2005 to work with .Net Framework 2.0.
