Hi Marco & NG,
My OS is Vista Ultimate and the CLR issue is explained in a few earlier
posts with my name on them. Actually, Aaron Stebner has explained in a
personal e.mail message that eventvwr.exe does indeed depend on the .NET
Framework. So when I fix that problem, eventvwr.exe will once again execute
properly. Thank you for the references.
