Reseting connections? Alexander_Lamb

flash data integration: I have an app that uses WebServiceConnector (programatically or from the IDE
directly) as well as XMLConnectors.
When I run using "Test Movie" the first time in the MX Pro environnement, it
works. The next times it just "hangs" never return from a call (randomly) and
when I try to connect again by pressing (for example) my login button, the
trace tells me a call is already in progress.

The same test using the exported movie from the flash player works fine
serveral times in a row.

Somehow, I need to reset something probably or maybe a silent error puts MX in
a funny state.

Any idea as to how to correct the problem?

Thanks,

Alex

HI Get a siilar problem. I have a site
http://www.armartitleservices.com/demo.html that loads an swf to _level0. When
you click the nav you load content to a nother level and consequent sectoin
laod in the same 'content' level. Some of these 'content' sws use the _Result,
_Fault, procedure Call actionscripts fpr Reoting, and one (links), uses the
webservice Connector with a atagrid. The issue is that when you click through
all sections and return to them, the remoting calls et 'stuck' as if the
connection was lost. This happens in all cases except in (Links) where the MX
04 Components are used. The only way to get the content to display again is to
refresh my browser. How can I solve the issue? Is there a refresh connection
script?, maybe close and reopening the connection? ANy ideas???
