ok guys i want to make a flash based forum using coldfusion like this one
so is there any resource or tutorial to get me started on this help please i have to do it

you were asking about where to start your ColdFusion learning process. Well, I
would suggest the ColdFusion Developer Center (MM Web site -> the Designer &
Developer tab -> ColdFusion). I personally started learning Flash this way.
There are many great tutorials, samples and tips from experts.

I am sorry, I cannot help you more with CF, because I chose the PHP + Apache
route.
