The absolute easiest way is to put that file on your server and put a
link to it. ;) If you want to show it online ... well, 30 minutes is
asking a bit much. The audio may get out of synch after a while, and it
will be a pretty large file, no matter what you do.
If you can, experiment with a smaller video file to begin with. Import
it into Flash directly, drag it to your Stage and go. If you don't need
VCR-like controls, you're set. But a 30 minute video may push your timeline
past its limits.
For something of that length, I would convert the video to FLV format
(either in Flash, or via Sorenson Squeeze Pro -- *much* better quality
video) and use ActionScript to load it dynamically. If you need help in
that area, post a new thread in the ActionScript forum. :)
