I am using Flash Remoting and Flash MX 2004 Professional.

Does it matter if I use ActionScript 1.0 or ActionScript 2.0 ?

Are there any known issues related to AS 2.0 and FlashRemoting?

AS 2.0 is an extension of AS 1.0, so you can mix them. I've been using Flash Remoting and AS 2.0 classes without any issues.
