FlashRemoting Doc?? -- macromedia flash flash remoting

Can anyone point me to where I can find some good documentation and examples on
how to use the flash remoting components (Remoting Connector, DataSet and
DataHandler)? I have looked all through these forums and am cmpletely
frustrated as there are no real good docs and examples for utilizing these
components. I though they were supposed to make it easier for us? Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
