we are overlaying a couple of 50-300k FLVs and the playback is really choppy.
Any ideas how to fix it? I just installed the servers and I am testing out the
code. I've tried setting the buffer anywhere between 0 and 30 and it doesn't
seem to make a difference, it always plays the same, and it's on our internal
network, so it's not a bandwidth issue.

hmm, now it seems the videos want to go all blocky at the end, like the video
is corrupt or something, anyone know how to help this? Importing the FLVs into
the FLA and making a swf works fine but makes a huge file.
