Ok, I have installed the flashcom server developers issue on my linux server....

My goal is to develop cam chat for my server with-in time, but I want the chat
program before I buy the software, it will do me no good to buy it then not be
able to develop what I want....

I have tried all the samples that came with it, and for the most part they
work, except for the chat and cam chat programs.

My Partner who lives miles away in another country, and I had tried the cam
chat, she can chat in it, but when she sees my cam, she sees a still image from
where she came in. only Two people connected!

To my understanding Im allowed to have five connections at once, and .25
bandwidth to develop this with.

Is/could the cause of this not working solely due to the low bandwidth?

If not, then the cause would be shabby sample applactions?

Yes, it could have to do with the bandwidth and the long distance.

I haven't had any problem with shabby sample apps. But then again I develop on PC and Mac and not Linux.

What version number are you running?

Sorry that was ambiguous - what version of flashcom are you running? Have you run the updater
