Flash Com is dosconnecting/bumping off users in my chat. The server is running
fine and has pleanty of resources yet people get disconnected all day long.
Not that the chat goes down but people loose connection and have to reload the
screeen. It seems Flash Com has a certian time limit like 1.5 seconds where if
it doesn't detect the Flash client it disconnects the user I would like to
chang the disconnect time out to 5 seconds or 6 so Flash Com is not so trigger
happy about disconnecting people. I think it is just due to network garbage
that slows down people connection to the server just enough to get bumped. It
is starting to be more of a problem (probably due the the amount of junk mail
and P2P traffic clogging up the internet now days). I need to chang the
disconnect time so people don't get dropped from Flash com if the route through
the internet has a hickup the don't get disconnected because the client was
unavailable for 1.5 seconds.

For clarrification I am not worried about unloading the applicaiton. The
serverside code uses a shared object to track users. When a Flash client is
disconnected the username associated with the connection is removed and the
shared object update sent to all clients. The problem is people that are not
leaving get disconnected from the chat because of net work garbage I want to
increase the time Flash Com will wait to keep the connection open and wait vs.
just disconnecting a user because the Flash client was not said I'm here I'm
here for 1 second so the user is disconnected.
