I am looking at setting up a site that would allow users to record audio and
video to a server-side file that is database and can be viewed later.

I know that Flash Communication can do streaming audio between two people and
I know that flash can display video, but is it possible for it to allow users
to make recordings that are saved to file on web server (stream it to a file on
the server) ?
