how do I find out my host, username and password to connect the server via the admin console?

You entered a username and password during the install process. The host is
"localhost" if it is not installed on a server. If you installed it on a
server somewhere, then you can use a domain name on that server (ex.
webdomain.com) or the IP number (12.34.56.78).

Your username and password is in the Server.xml file under >Macromedia>Flash
Communication Server MX>conf. There you will see your username and password,
however the password is encrypted. You can change it to false in the tag and
type your new password.
