Hello please help if you can:
I am new to this, I have just down loaded the developers server account. When
I log on to it with user and password the address is local host. Dose that mean
that it is on my computer instead of on a server. And if so then can I not
connect to it with a url to see my work.
I would be grateful for any help.

yes, you need to put it on a server... Apache is a free HTTP server and if you
install flashcom on it, you can host the files yourself and if you have somone
connect through your IP address they can communicate with you online... Google
apache server, youll find it...
