For me it worked very good fron scratch without any customizing.
But.......: If you run it on a developer Edition of fcs your connection
capacity might exhaust. THIS happend to me while I was having a chat running
on my dev edition (with some open connects) in background and starting the log
app.

Hope this might help in a case. If not, do you receive any errors.? More input
pls...
