I have a strange problem

i developped a chat and i believe there is no problems in that.

locally i can connect 50 users same time or in the server i can connect with
multiple windows open , but when 10 different users try to connect the 11th one
cant connect to the flashcom .


my flashcom is personal edition and the setting is default setting.

please help

Is it not a limitation of the personal edition?
