I downloaded FlashComInstaller for the Mac OSx 10.4.2 but when I attempt to run
the installer I get the following error:

"An installation of Macromedia Flash MX could not be found. Installation
canceled"

This is very frustrating. Their first line of "customer service" is useless.
They couldn't give me any advice because "It's not a product you have
purchased." I explained to them that the FlashComm Authoring App is a free
download, and that they should give me support without me having to buy
anything. The customer service agent was very confused, so she put me in que
for support. I wound up holding for 1 hour, then was forced to leave a
voicemail -- which they haven't returned. My company wants to purchase 2 full
licenses of FlashComm server, but I can't test it out if I can't use the
developer tool.
