macromedia flash flashcom: A company I do business with recently purchased space on Media Temple, which
supports Flash streaming video ... problem is that they do not offer much help
on how to actually stream FLV, & instead referred me to Flash 8 help. And Flash
8 help is exraordinarily convoluted, especially for someone new to Flash Video.
What I am looking for is concise, straight forward, step by step instructions
on how to deploy an HTML, SWF skins file, & FLV so that it properly streams. I
know I can simply dump the files on any server & get progressive downloads, but
what about really large files? Shouldn't we be streaming them? Any & help will
be greatly appreciated. Thanks. dgh
