macromedia flash flashcom: We have multiple flv files which play from swf files embedded in an html page.
The strangest thing occured - when our client downloaded Plugin 8, the flv
files won't stream. The swf file opens, but then nothing happens when the flv
file should be streaming. We have had them check their global security settings
and add the flash site. We've enabled streaming. Does anyone have a clue what
might be going on? The files play fine with Plugin 7 - but not Plugin 8.
Perplexed and frustrated with a VERY unhappy client.

SDALW, I am sorry to say but Flash 8 is a pain in the A$$. We at the USAF have
had noting but issues with security, streaming, among other things. As far as I
am concerned tell everyone to stay with version 7.
